Sort style for strings

Description

SortStyle sets the sort style for the TStringList instance. Setting it to sslAuto will keep the list sorted automatically at all times.

Find (and hence IndexOf ) will use a binary search if SortStyle differs from sslNone. if SortStyle is sslNone, then it will raise an exception.
